RESCHEDULING
if A CLIENT CANCELS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THEIR APPOINTMENT THEY HAVE 6 HOURS TO RESCHEDULE THEIR APPOINTMENT FOR A FUTURE DATE OR ELSE THEY FORFEIT THEIR PAYMENT TO COMPENSATE FOR THE MISSED APPOINTMENT, REGARDLESS OF RECEIVING WORK.
WALK-INS
walk- ins are always welcome! please NOTE THAT WALK-INS WILL BE TAKEN AT THE THERAPISTS EARLIEST AVAILABLITY. If you are lookng for receiving bodywork for a time that works best you, it is recommended to book an appointment.
CANCELLATIONS

there IS A 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. cancel BEFORE 24 HOURS OF THE UPCOMING APPOINTMENT AND THE CLIENT CAN RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT WITH NO CANCELLATION FEE IMPLEMENTED.
CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT AND THE CLIENT HAS 3 HOURS TO RESCHEDULE THEIR APPOINTMENT (TO ANOTHER TIME OR DAY) OR ELSE THEY FORFEIT THEIR PAYMENT, REGARDLESS OF RECEIVING WORK.
IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT CALL TO LET THE THERAPIST KNOW THAT THEY ARE GOING TO BE LATE OR CANNOT MAKE IT FOR WHAT EVER REASON THAT WILL COUNT AS A NO-SHOW AND THE CLIENT FORFEITS THEIR PAYMENT TO FILL THE MISSED APPOINTMENT, REGARDLESS OF RECEIVING WORK.
